Remy Aron
France
Born in Suresnes, France, Rémy holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the National School of Fine Arts in Paris and the Diplôme National Supérieur d’Arts Plastiques (DNSAP) from the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris. He is a Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters and a member of the National Academy of Painting of China.
His career includes major distinctions such as a residency at Casa de Velázquez, grants from the Île-de-France Regional Council, the Academy of Fine Arts, and the Taylor Foundation, as well as the Noufflard First Prize (Fondation de France), the French Artists’ Gold Medal, and the Fernand Cormon Prize. He serves as President of the Association Française des Arts Plastiques (AFAP).
Rémy has exhibited extensively in France, China, and internationally. His work has been widely discussed by leading art critics and historians and is referenced in Bénézit.
